Brooklyn Outdoor Dad was created out of our love for the outdoors and a desire to make beef jerky more enjoyable. We believe jerky should be more than one-note, salty, greasy, or dry. It should be rich, deep, balanced, and easy to keep enjoying—one bite after another.
